Service Agreements
All security system installations, monitoring contracts, and maintenance schedules are governed by individual master service agreements outlining scope, warranty terms, and service levels.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining stable internet connectivity, adequate local power supply, and ensuring that facility employees are trained in proper arming and disarming procedures.
Limitation of Liability
While our systems and monitoring stations are engineered for maximum reliability, electronic security equipment cannot guarantee the complete prevention of criminal acts. Liability is strictly limited as outlined in signed service contracts.
Governing Law
These terms and all related commercial transactions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
